Some of the sites we've built, we unintentionally got way more involved in — genuinely interesting to learn. Others, the first examples were sent, seen & the client chose. No umms or ahhs — which meant job done, site launched, home for tea, cheese & jam sandwiches
Most businesses know their stuff, it just isn't always easy to see. We ask the daft questions, dig about and find what the whole site should hang on

This site doesn't track you. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party fonts. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere for marketing. Check it in your browser's developer tools if you like — we'd rather you did
When you visit. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, their servers keep short-term technical logs, including your IP address, to serve the page and fend off attacks. We don't use them for marketing and we build no profile of you
When you email us. We'll have your address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write — used to reply and to quote. That's the lot. No mailing list, and we pass it to nobody
How long. Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 12 months. For clients we keep what the job needs, and anything with money attached for 6 years because HMRC says so
Your rights. Ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email. Normally sorted the same week, within a month at the latest, and it costs you nothing. If we ever get it wrong and can't put it right, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk
